Cancellation

  • 14 days or more before scheduled arrival date: full deposit refunded minus South African Rand service fee.
  • Within 14 days to 4 days notice before scheduled arrival: 50% of the agreed total amount will be charged.
  • With a 4 days or less notice before scheduled arrival date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded ONLY IF ACCOMODATION IS RE-RENTED AT THIS SHORT NOTICE.
